Chipboard Encapsulated Panel

Chipboard Encapsulated Panel refers to a construction of double folded lock into a panel that comes with a unique in built stringer at the inner side of each panel edge. This unique engineering exhibits fine dimensional tolerances for modular controls, accurate alignment of grids, and interchangeability of panels that complies with the Euro Class requirement. Chipboard Encapsulated Panel is fully wrapped around by hot-dipped galvanized steel. The top and bottom steel sheets are pressed and riveted with high-density chipboard or high-strength calcium sulfate as the inside core.
